Planning a meeting or conference
- Room count and hall size together. The resort needs enough rooms for everyone, as well as a large enough hall.
- Speedboat resorts are simplest. Villa Nautica, Bandos, Niva Kurumba and Sun Siyam Olhuveli are close to Velana Airport, so delegates can arrive together.
- Breakout rooms. Several resorts have boardrooms alongside the main hall.
- Audio-visual set-up. Ask what each venue provides, including video conferencing.
