Choosing a resort for a group

Larger resorts near Velana Airport, reached by speedboat, are usually the easiest for big groups, because everyone can arrive together at any time of day. Seaplane resorts suit smaller groups or groups happy to travel in several flights. Read our transfers guide for how each transfer works.

Frequently asked questions

How big does a group need to be?

There is no fixed minimum. We help groups from around ten people to several hundred, and the right resort depends on size and the type of trip.

Can you arrange meeting rooms and event venues?

Yes. Several hand-picked resorts have conference halls, marquees or beach venues. Capacities are confirmed when you enquire.

Can the whole group travel together from the airport?

Often, yes. Speedboat resorts can usually move a whole group at once, while seaplane groups may travel in several flights.

Do you only handle large groups?

No. Small groups of friends or family are welcome too. Tell us your plans and we will suggest resorts that fit.
